MH Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of BourgeoisWhite LLP for an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join its growing Worcester, Massachusetts practice.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your matters while collaborating with experienced partners and colleagues. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a diverse litigation caseload with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Develop and execute case strategies designed to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw and other legal resources.

  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, correspondence, and other legal documents.

  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, negotiations, and other proceedings.

  • Provide strategic counsel on matters involving business disputes, employment issues, real estate conflicts, and trusts and estates litigation.

  • Participate directly in client meetings and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process.

  • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and emerging legal developments.

  • Contribute to the continued growth of the firm through exceptional client service, professional leadership, and relationship building.

What We're Looking For

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.

  • 4+ years of legal experience, preferably with a strong civil litigation background.

  • Trial experience.

  • Strong legal research skills and proficiency with Westlaw.

  • Exceptional legal writing, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.

  • Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating effectively with partners and colleagues.

  • Strong commitment to client service and producing high-quality legal work.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Business and Commercial Litigation

  • Real Estate Litigation

  • Trusts and Estates Litigation

  • Employment Law

  • Client relationship management

  • Business development
