She excelled at working with clients, facilitating meetings and working with analysts to execute advisory meetings for Fortune 500 executives.  She spent 15 + years working in nonprofit development as a successful fundraiser for local and national non-profits working with C-level Executives and communities to meet common goals. Her background in non-profit development and fundraising prepared her well for a career pivot to talent acquisition, as I honed how to be a connector, a trusted advisor, and a problem-solver. I love making a difference by matching employers and candidates every day to career opportunities.

She is passionate about providing a first-class experience for job seekers and hiring managers. I enjoy building relationships and developing deep understanding of the business and people needs.
